"In this clip, I'm going to show how you can basically shake things out throughout the day. When you're really feeling that tension coming in through your shoulders, and you feel like you haven't moved a whole lot throughout the day -basically, that's a kind of reminder. As your shoulders start going up to your ears, that's a reminder to just take a couple of deep breaths, take a step back, shake things out a little bit. So you can always roll your shoulders up and back. It's a great thing to do. You can do that throughout the day. Whenever. You can do it even in a meeting. If you're sitting in a meeting, just roll your shoulders up and back, and maybe you'll get the whole meeting to do it, I don't know. When you're working on that and you roll your shoulders up and back, it's always the first thing that you should do, is you can just shake everything out. Shake through your wrist, and shake through your arms, and you let your arms release and hang a little bit. Roll through your shoulders. What this does, when you're shaking everything out, it releases that tension that's all in your arm and your shoulders. The more gravity you can give it, and the less control that you release through your hands, the better it's going to be. Sometimes I see people shaking like this, and that's not key. You really want everything to go, almost like you call it a "rag doll" style. Everything is releasing in through your shoulders. You let everything go, you let your arms release and sway. You'll notice after that. You'll just feel so much better in through your forearms."
