Video Transcript

"In this clip we're going to do some stretches on the wall, so that you can actually get the maximum benefit in through your shoulders and in through your neck. Here, actually, you're going to go ahead and face the wall. Here you're going to reach through your heels. Your heels are going to be firmly planted on the ground, tail bone is going to be tucked, and you're going to reach up through your fingertips as much as you can. So as you inhale here, and you exhale, you sink a little bit into the wall. Where you're going to feel the stretch here is in through your upper-arm all the way up through your shoulder here. You're going to feel that as you inhale. Exhale, you just sink in slightly. As you sink in, you're reaching your arms more up towards the ceiling, your shoulders are back and down. So you inhale and exhale."
