"In this clip we're going to work on shoulder opening and chest opening. So, again, we're sitting at our desk here all day, and the muscles in through your chest and through your front body end up being very constricted here. You're wanting to loosen that up, which will actually help release any of the nerves and any of the fluid that's in your shoulders, will help with your carpal tunnel. You want to go ahead and interlace your fingers behind you. Here, it looks like this. You just want to interlace your fingers, your palms up towards the ceiling. You want to roll your shoulders up and back, and keep a nice, long spine. You're reaching back behind you, and I'm actually going to turn to the side here. You inhale and exhale. Keep your spine nice and long. Open up through your chest, open up through your front body and press through your hands. So here as you inhale and exhale, and you take a couple of deep breaths, and really expand. Shoulders are back and down, so again, it doesn't want to look like this. Your shoulders are back and down here, and you're pressing through your hands."
