"In this clip I'm going to be showing you some finger stretches to help with your wrist and your fingers, and through the palms of your hands. Here actually you're going to also be able to do this on your desk. You're going to take both thumbs and bring them onto the desk, and hanging off the side of the desk. Just put a little bit of pressure here on your thumbs to get a nice stretch in through the arch of your thumb. You inhale and exhale for one breath each. Then coming across to your other index finger, and doing that a couple of times, a few breaths. You can actually, here, don't just focus on moving your fingers. Focus on moving your entire body forward and sinking into your finger. So, with our bodies, everything is attached. Our fingers are connected to our toes, and so you want to just move your entire body back and forth so that the body weight is actually what you're leading into. Again, only go to where you feel that pressure. You don't want to go any further. So just noticing where you get that stretch that still is a little uncomfortable, but there should be no pain. Going all the way over to the little finger. A couple of deep breaths, and then release, shaking it all out. You can do that same thing away from your desk, which actually well help give you maybe not so much pressure. If it is sensitive on the desk, you can reach through each fingertip this way, and have it just a little less pressure here, going through all your fingers and your breath. You can move your body forward and back when you're doing this. That actually helps with your overall stretching and your movement. "
