"In this clip we're going to go ahead and go through another exercise with your fingers and your thumb. Even though you're working in your fingers and your thumb, you can feel this all the way down your forearm, almost to the middle of your forearm. So, again, just focusing on your breath and with your body, and noticing where it is that you need to stop. So as you inhale and exhale here, you're going to put your right hand down onto the desk or onto a flat surface, and your left hand, you're just going to hold onto your thumb. As you inhale and exhale, you're going to pull your thumb away from the rest of your fingers. So as you inhale and exhale, pushing your thumb away. Inhale and exhale, pushing your thumb away. Release and switching sides. So, getting a nice, firm, extended all the way through your fingertips. You want everything to be nice and flat. Inhale and exhale. You're going to open up through your fingers. Inhale. Exhale. Extend and release, bring your hands together, shake everything out and release. "
