"In this clip we're actually going to do some spinal twists, which again, opens up your shoulders, opens up through your chest, and actually will loosen up through, so it will allow more even flow of blood and circulation down to your arms. In this pose we're going to do a twist. With this you can do it seated in a chair, you can do it on the floor, but I'm trying to show you all things that you can do at your desk. You're going to inhale. You bring both arms up towards the ceiling. As you exhale you actually bring, inhale up, exhale your left arm down onto your lap, right arm up towards the ceiling and exhale. You bring it over onto the top of your chair. So, here, an inhale you want to get length all the way up through your body, an exhale, you're going to look over your right shoulder. So you're inhaling getting length, exhale twisting. Inhale length, exhale twist. When you're in here twisting, you're actually stretching all through the front shoulder here. You inhale, and exhale. Then you come back to center, you want to lift up towards the ceiling and exhale switch to the other side. So you're right hand is coming onto your left leg, left arm coming up. Exhale; come over to the back of your chair. Inhale getting length. Exhaling. Inhaling length, exhale twist. Opening up through your shoulder and your shoulders are back and down, your spine is nice and long. One more deep breath in. Exhale and inhale, and exhale and release."
