"Okay ladies, we’re going to talk about those of you who have a heart shaped face, and what they mean by that is that it’s almost like the shape of an inverted triangle, it’s wider and then it goes to a point. What you’re going to find is that there is actually a lot more frames available for women who have heart shaped faces than perhaps a man. You want something that’s going to come up at the corners, it doesn’t necessarily have to be a cat eye, you don’t have to go with cat eye glasses, but you want something that kind of goes up at the end and I’ll give you an example. This frame right here, is a two-toned Jones of New York frame, it starts off more narrow here at the nasal and then it’s going to go wider, kind of like a butterfly. It’s a butterfly shape, is what you’re looking for, so it goes up at the corners, this is going to draw attention up from the triangle and kind of add some contrast to your face shape which is what you want. You don’t want something that goes down or is very flat. You want something that is going to curl up a little bit and kind of accentuate your features rather than detract from them. "
