"Ladies, in putting on your makeup, you are going to have to vary your routine. You want to put on your makeup after you put your contact lenses on. And for some very obvious reasons and for some not so obvious reasons. When you have your contact lenses, if you put you makeup on before you put your contact lenses on obviously you are pulling on your eye and basically you are just going to smear your makeup all over the place. So, you want to put your contact lens in before you put on your makeup, and the other reason for that is, you could possibly get bacteria on the contact lens. Your mascara could get on the contact lens if you do that, if you put on your makeup before you put on your contact lens. So, you don't want to get makeup on your contact, it will make you very uncomfortable and you could actually wind up with an infection of the eye."
