"Hi! I am Monica and I am going to show you another exercise for CRPS. This one is with the lower extremities. Again this is something that a physical therapist might prescribe for a patient and this is another scrubbing exercise. So what you need to do is basically be in standing position. You can be next to a wall like I am to give you a little support or counter out in front of you and we are going to use our left leg here, so this is the leg that is affected by CRPS and it is just a simple front and backward motion like this called scrubbing because this is like you are scrubbing with your foot. You are trying to get a stain out of the carpet. If you want to have more weightbearing through this left leg, you can simply lean over; put little bit more weight on that left leg. You can go ahead and do that when this gets to be more tolerable, little bit easier for you, but when you are first starting out, you can put most of the weight on your unaffected leg or the right leg in this case and just nice and light movements.
