"Hi! My name is Monica and I am going to be talking to you about CRPS. I want to address the issue of posture. You want to make sure that if you do have CRPS you want to have a good posture still. You do not want to be all hunched over with a bad posture. You want to make sure you are nice and upright. You want to make sure you shoulders are back, your head is back. Just some nice posture exercises can help you with that. Usually when our shoulders are rounded forward, what you want to do is try and pull them back so just exercises simply like that, just simply trying to pull your shoulder blades back together right like that; just a nice gentle pull and hold it anywhere from 3-5 seconds. Same thing with the head. Lot of times our head can be leaning forward just want to pull it back in, you can do chin tucks, where you are actually trying to tuck your chin in, right like that. Simple movements again holding anywhere from 3-5 seconds. You want to make sure that when you are doing both of those you have good posture. If you are doing the chin tucks, good posture with the shoulders and vice versa."
