Video Transcript

"Hi I'm Monica and this next exercise that I'm going to show you is a little more difficult it doesn't evolve your back muscle but more specifically good course strengthening exercise so it's going to be making you do your stomach muscles, your butt, your legs, so what you want to do is you want to lie down on your side and a lot of people call these planks. Cause when you actually come up your going to be stiff like a plank or a board so have one arm down here your other arm on your side and what your going to want to do is lift your body up off the ground. And you can either hold it there or you can move it up and down, so you see when I come up, nice stiff as a board. Ankles, knees, hips, shoulders all lined up, you want to make sure to you have both sides so easiest thing to do is again just roll over get the other side, again you want to line up straight stiff as a board, go ahead and come up, hold it, or again come up and down. Again making sure nice and stiff all the way through."
