"I am going to show you another strengthening exercise for your shoulder. This is actually for internal rotation of your shoulder, again this is a really good exercise to do if you have rotator cuff problems or shoulder impingement problems or just like a general weakness to your shoulder here. What you are going to want to do is grab some kind of weights or soup can and go ahead and lie down on your side. The floor works just fine or the bed will work too and kind of make yourself comfortable. If you need a pillow or anything, that is fine. Have your knees comfortably bent and we are not going to be directly on our side but kind of rolled like that, so kind of half on your side and half on your back. Then what we are going to do is have your arm pretty much down on your side and you are just going to pull the weight in and out, right like that. Do you see it is just my shoulder that is rotating and I am not moving my elbow at all, just in and out. So this one might be easier for you to do, so you might have to do more reps of this one, which is in and out."
