"Hi! My name is Monica and here is another exercise we’re going to show you for someone who has plantar fasciitis, or again, just in general like arch or foot problems and it is just a simple massage on your foot. What I want you to do is, if you come down to your foot here, first thing we can do is again, just try to apply pressure. Use your thumbs, it’s a great way to kind of workout, all right here. Right in through here, the part that we just stretched is where the main part of your plantar fascia is running. Grabbing your fists and making it so that your knuckles are sticking out, kind of just rub down like this, all right in through here. If you want more of an intense massage you can pull your toes back like we did before. Now you’re going to be putting these tissues on stretch. Then same thing you can come in here with your thumb and just kind massage all right along your arch. With your fist again, coming in here, using your knuckles, all right in here, just like that. "
