" Hi! I am Monica and on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you another strengthening exercise for your shoulders. You will need some kind of weight and what you are going to do is you are going to do shoulder extension. So face this side, it is a little bit easier to see and what you are going to do with the weight in hand is keeping your elbow straight, just pulling your shoulder back as far as you can. You will notice you do not have nearly as much motion coming back as you do coming forward that is normal. Again right back like that. You have seen sometimes people like doing it down on a bench so they are kind of lowered over like this and then doing it, either way it is fine. It is just a personal preference, what you like to do is you like having more support or if you just like standing and doing this. You want to make sure if you are coming back, you are not leaning forward having back body mechanics so just go back as far as you can unless of course you are leaning over onto a table and you have some hand support, so start with 10 of these and then increase your reps as they become easier.
