"Hi I'm Monica and I'm going to show you another exercise you can do for your back. This is called bridging. So what you want to do is again, down on the ground here and just go ahead and lie back on your back. Want your knees bent, your hips bent, and arms can be down at your side here just to kind of brace you. And what you want to do is simply lift up, just like this. So the goal is to have your knees, your hips, and your shoulders all aligned. If you feel yourself starting to fall down, sink down, you can either give yourself a break and rest for a couple of seconds, or just keep on coming back up. Everything is stiff as a board. If you find that this is easy for you, you can bring your arms up to your side, gives you a little bit of less support there. Or you're going to cross your chest for even less support. Again, this should be nice and pain free. It's just using your ab muscles, your back, and your butt to stabilize you and keep you stiff. "
