"Hi! My name is Monica and this next exercise we’re going to do is another balance exercise. It’s actually just a progression of what we just did. Have a wall next to you or the counter top in front of you. Go ahead and stand on the one leg, make sure you’re comfortable. Again, if you can’t hold onto the wall, even better. What we’re going to do next is just some simple mini squats. So just trying to get a little bit of movement while maintaining our balance. If that’s easy, another one you can try is coming up on your toe and maintaining your balance again. These exercises are also great if people just have balance issues in general and they don’t even have an ankle sprain. Again, the mini squats, you can come down and hold it, and come back up, or just go ahead and move through the motion, and also up and down on your heel. You can come up and hold it or you can go ahead and just go through the motions. "
