" Hi! I am Monica and on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you one last stretch for your shoulder region. This one is actually for your triceps. So your triceps is the muscle on the back of your upper arm here. It is going to attach up along here and then run down to just below your elbow, so the easiest way to do this stretch is you are going to want to put your arm over your head and just let it kind of fall down. You can see your elbows are also going to be bent too, hold your shoulder up as far as you can, elbow bent and if you actually need more of a stretch you can kind of push your forearm into your arm and even a kind of pull your elbow down too. So it depends on how flexible you are, you might not be able to get as far as I can but that is the basic idea, so you should feel the stretch right here and you are going to want to hold it between 30 and 60 seconds. Again your hand should be going right along your back here."
