" Hi! I am Monica and on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you another stretch for your shoulder. This is actually for your biceps. So your biceps is the muscles right here and actually it attaches right up here on your arm and it runs all the way down here so there are a couple of different ways you can stretch it depending on whether you are trying to get more of a lower or upper biceps. First way if you want lower biceps, is you are going to straighten your elbow as far as you can. You can kind of do that just by pulling on your wrist a little bit to, so you are almost trying to hyperextend your elbow right like this. You should feel the stretch right down in here, so again right like that. You want to hold between 30and 60 seconds. Another way to stretch out especially for the top part here will be again elbow straight but then you are kind of extending your elbow back like that. So lot of times you can get the stretch a little bit higher up in here. If you have something you can pull on with something with your hand, it kind of makes it easier, instead of just pulling it back like this. This stretch you also want to hold for 30-60 seconds as well. "
