" Hi! I am Monica and on behalf of Expert village I am going to show you another stretch for your shoulder region. This is actually not a stretch for the muscles that are crossing the shoulder joint per se but it is going to be a stretch for the muscles that are right back here in between your shoulder blades. These are all some important muscles even though they are not directly attached to your arm, you do not stretch them. What happens is those get tightened and you start having problems moving your shoulder around. So the easiest thing to do is try and cross your arms in front of you and then you are just trying to pull your shoulder forward and pull your arms forward as far as it can. So let me show you from the side what it looks like. You stand neutral like this and then you are going to come forward like this. You almost try to round out your back right like that. So again you should feel a stretch right in between your shoulder blades. If you want to you can even drop your head down and kind of get a stretch up into your neck. You want to hold this for anywhere between 30 and 60 seconds or else you can do 30 seconds broken up by just doing 10, 10 and 10. "

It is recommended by Physical Therapists, Massage Practitioners, and Chiropractors.
