"Hi I'm Monica, I'm going to show you another stretch. This stretch is actually for your ham string muscles which are the back of your legs here but, in doing so it can help your back especially if you have a tight back, most people have tighter ham strings; especially the guys. So, go ahead and lay back down your hips and your knees bent and what I want you to do is go ahead start on the right leg. You're going to run your right leg up about 90 degrees here through the hip and then you can hold on to your leg; basically what you want to do is start straightening your leg. You want to just straighten it as straight as you can get it and hold it there. You want to hold it for about 30 to 60 seconds, sometimes if you're just holding the leg up just like this it's hard to hold it just for 30 seconds because your blood starts running down through your legs, so you might want to hold it for 10 to 15 seconds and just 3 or 4 of these. You want to ideally be able to get your leg up at 90 degrees, that's when you know that your ham strings are loose enough and there not going to be affecting your back and pulling on your pelvis and kind of pulling your back out of wack anymore."
