" Hi! I am Monica and on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you some range of motion exercises for your shoulder. They are just arm circles. I am sure you have seen these before but a couple of things to keep in mind about them, you want to make sure that you are doing full motion or slow motion that you can do without pain or without any type of limit, so we will go ahead and start off just doing smaller arm circles first. You can either do both arms at the same time if you want to or one at a time; either way is fine, just nice and slow. You don’t want to go too fast. Just try and get some motion and you want to go backwards as well and then you can start making circles a little bit bigger. If you start getting too big sometimes it is kind of hard to do both arms the exact same time so you might want to alternate them right like that and again make sure that they meet front you also do the back especially going backwards usually it is easier if you alternate or just do one arm at a time. So you are going to want to make sure that you do probably at least 15 or 20 of these each direction of the bigger circles and smaller circles. We are doing the smaller circles, again it is not really for strengthening purpose so if you are starting to get tired of holding your arms out here you probably have done enough with the small circles and you can move on to the bigger circles. Again you are doing it to get everything moving and get your blood flowing. "
