"Hi, I'm Monica and I am going to show you another stretch you can do for your lower back. This one also, is a little bit of just a range of motion so it can feel good on you if, you're feeling a little stiff or a little sore. Another great stretch you can do right in the morning, first thing as your waking up. So, you just lie down have your knees bent like they are, nice and comfortable position and then go ahead and bring your legs together and what you're going to do is keep your hands (on your sides) on the floor If, you want and just slowly rotate your legs down to one side (left), you can feel a little bit of a stretching through (right side of the back) here. Go ahead and come back on up, back down to the (right) other side. So, again just a little bit of a stretch but, more just nice rotation, nice movement right in through your lower back area. So, once you get down to one side just hold it for a little bit like, a couple of seconds back to other side then back on up."
