"I am going to show you some back exercises that can help your lower back area. Most of the time people have lower back issues is not only the lower back that they are having problems with; alot of times their abdominal muscles are weak that make their back hurt, they might have a tight ham strings full adres too, and just in general their whole core, their whole trunk they have problems with and it's just not as strong, which doesn't make them as stable as they really should be so, alot of times that could lead to back issues, back pain, and other types of back problems. So, what I am going to do here is take you through different stretches, some different strengthening exercises as well, as just kinda an over all general core strengthening program. So, you can Kinda pick and choose as to which exercises you need and what you're looking for but, if you want an over all general program this would be a good program that will help strengthen and stretch; like I said help target some of those poor muscles and make it so that over all you'll feel more stable at better able to deal with some of the issues moving and the lifting that you have to do in life. Hi my name is Monica and I am going to show you stretch that particular stretches quadratus lambora muscle it's a muscle that actually runs deep inside your back and it's your siphoning muscle. So, any time you bend from side to side you're going to be working this muscle. so, here is a quick stretch that will help get this muscle. You can sit cross legged like I am sitting right now, and all simply have to do is kind of lean over; like we're going to lean to the left here this will stretch out our right muscle here. So, you just lean over and it helps if you bring your hands over (head to the left) right like this and you should feel a good stretch all along in (left side) right through here. This also gets the other general back muscles too but, in paticular is getting the quadius lambora; then if you go the other side (right side) like this. As with any stretch you going to want to hold it anywhere between 30 and 60 seconds. Right back up like that, you do a couple sets. So, if you want to 2 sets of 15 you can do that as well and you just want to hold it for 30 seconds. Back up again."
