"Hi! My name is Monica. I’m going to show another ankle exercise you can do after an ankle sprain. This next exercise is very similar to the one that we did previously. Instead of going up and down this time though, we’re going to be going in and out. You can see how my toe is moving in and then out. You can see how my toe is just moving inside and then pointing outside, simply just like that. You want to make sure you’re always doing it in a pain free range of motion. If all you’re able to do is just come to here, and out to here, that’s fine. You don’t want to be causing any pain. If later on you can start doing the full range of motion, you can start doing the motion, doing it for 30 seconds, up to minute, two minutes again is fine."
