"Hi! My name is Monica and here is another exercise that we could have you do. This is a very similar exercise to the one that I just showed you but instead of actually doing the full range motion of your knee we are just going to work on the last little bit of it. So what we are going to do here is go ahead and get sited on the ground. You are going to want a pillow or like a small ball or something like that to actually be place underneath your knee here. So you are basically propping your knee up just a little bit, lay on back and just prop up on your elbows you don't have to rest all the way back down again and then you are just straightening your leg. Right back down. So up, you want to hold it for about 3-5 seconds, right back down, up again. These are working your quad muscles right here squeezing especially right down here and back down. Working this last little bit of extension sometime is hard for people to get back after a injury or a surgery and it really focuses on the inner parts of the quad muscles right there. Just going to up pulling and back down. Again you could switch to the other leg, coming up, pulling, pulling, pulling, and relax. Come up again pull it. You might be able to start doing 5 of these at a time but you could work your way up to the 10 on each leg and up again."
