"Hi! My name is Monica and I'm going to show you another stretch. This is just a variation of the stretch that we just did for the hamstring muscles in the front of your legs and instead of lying down to do it. I'm going to show you the standing version. Some people prefer the standing version verses the lying down. So it is nice to be able to grab on to something like a wall or if there is a counter or something in front of you and we will stretch our right leg. All you simply do is your bend your leg, reach down to your ankle grab your ankle and then you are going to start pulling your leg back towards you. I actually like to grab on the top part of my foot and pull back; just a nice stretch. You want to keep your back upright, your trunk upright your don't want to be bending forward that is not helping you stretch anymore. Just a nice stretch. You can actually pull your thigh back a little bit and you could get a even more of a stretch. The other leg too; you turn around so again grabbing on to your ankle your foot pulling for a good 30-60 seconds. "
