"Now we're going to do the stone massage for the face. I don't like to put too much oil on the face, it could be clogging the pores, so what I do is I apply oil to each of my stones. That will give it enough lubrication. I start at the top of the head and just place the stones. If the stones are too warm we want to place them in an ice bath. We're going to do circular motions around the eyebrow, on the temples. This can be very soothing, especially for people who have high stressed lives, get headaches or migraines. We're going to swoop down the cheeks, up towards the nose. There's a great pressure point at the edge of the nostrils, I like to put a little pressure there. Then swoop back up, around the eyes, up towards the bridge of the nose, doing circular motions. Then I like to get into the eyebrows and very gently, with the edge of the stones I graze the bridge of the nose, come into the eyebrows and put a little bit of pressure and do circular motions over the eyebrows. This is great for people who have a lot of sinus congestion, allergies. Again, we're going to swoop down towards the nose, then down to the chin, then I'll just line the whole face, bring it all together. That's stone massage for the face."
