"Now I'm going to show you Effleurage on the arms. Lie the arm down on the table. Anchoring at the wrist to support the joint. Apply the oil from the shoulder, gliding down towards the fingers. You can milk the hand, anchor it down and glide back up. With this Effleurage stroke you can connect to the upper back. Bend into your knee, keep your arm straight and your shoulder relaxed. Push the back of your arm into the table as you glide under the shoulders and under the neck. Hook into the other side and pull down. Again pressure, more so on the upstroke than the down. You can do the upper arm, around the biceps and the deltoids. Moving down to the forearm, moving soft over the elbow joint, to the wrist, to the hand. Hook in as if you're going to shake their hand and you can get into the forearm muscles. The flexors and the extensors, then move down to the fingers. Anchor the hand, move up, slide under the back and down. That's Effleurage on the arms in supine."
