"Now we're going to be doing Effleurage on the lower leg in supine position which can connect the entire leg at the end. Place one anchor hand on the leg. Apply the oil with your Effleurage strokes, up towards the heart, forming your hands around the tissue, around the leg. You contraction a little bit on the foot as you glide back up you can connect the entire leg. This is great for people with shin splints. Like I said earlier, runners, people who are on their feet all day. These muscles on the side of the calf, you want to really promote circulation for healing. Also, working on the legs can draw the energy down to give a better sense of grounding and peace of mind. That's Effleurage on the lower leg in supine."
