"Hi! I am Nili Nathan; I have a website and TV show called Great Healing Getaways. I write and research and host on Holistic Health from around the world. Today we are talking about aromatherapy and how you can make some aromatherapy products right in your own home. I am talking about lavender and I want to show you how you can use lavender to help you fall asleep at night. One thing that you could do is take a cotton ball, put just a couple of drops of lavender on a cotton ball and then put it inside your pillow at night and it will help you fall asleep or another option would be to buy lavender flowers; let me show you what they will look like. You can find these in health food stores and then get an empty bag pour the lavender flowers in the empty bag and put this bag right inside your pillow or alongside of your pillow and it will help you to calmly fall asleep "
