"Hi! I am Nili Nathan with Great Healing Getaways. We are talking about aromatherapy and some products you can make at home and we are talking about the eight essential oil groups, the categories they fall into. Another category is the floral category and these have a relaxing calming effect on the mind and body. They also help with stress and overwork and it is an uplifting aroma that relieves mood swings, depression and headaches. Some of the essential oils that fall into this floral category would be camomile, geranium, juniper, lavender, neroli and palmarosa. They are very good for stress and overwork. You can use them in a carrier oil; blend them in a carrier oil. I would use about 2-5 drops of the essential oil in one ounce of a carrier oil and then you will see how that affects you. "
