"Hi! I am Nili Nathan with Great Healing Getaways TV show and website. I write, research and host the TV show on holistic health from around the world. Today I am talking to you about aromatherapy and how you can make some aromatherapy products right in your own home. Combining oils can be very simple. Here is a recipe that will ease coughs. What you want to do is boil water and then remove it from the stove and put it in a bowl. Then you will need to use two drops of lavender oil, put it directly in the water and then two drops of eucalyptus. This eucalyptus oil comes packaged so you do not need a dropper. Either way it works, does not matter. This is two drops of the eucalyptus oil; one you just shake it out, cover it tightly, stir the water around, very careful when using these oils, not to get any in yours eyes or in your skin. Then you take your towel and what you will do is you will cover your whole head, go under this and inhale. It will help your cough. You want to make sure to keep your eyes closed and there you have it. "
