"Hi! Nili Nathan with Expert Village, next I’m going to show how to make a salad dressing with some whole food ingredients. It’s very simple even if you’re in a hurry and if you’ve never done it before this is basically full proof. As an option I start out with a little bit of mustard in a glass bowl or a wooden bowl and then I pour in my olive oil which is a good fat and I mix that up a bit, then you squeeze a lemon and then a little sea salt and then as a little added flavor I like to throw in some fresh or shredded parmesan cheese right in there. If you want you can also add vinegar in it, I recommend the better vinegar is apple cider vinegar and there is your salad dressing, how fast was that, much healthier than the bottle salad dressing that we talked about earlier with those dead oils that you don’t want. Now if you like garlic like I do throw that into your base, if you like dill you can throw in some dill, if you like tehini you can throw in a little tehini but there you have it there’s your base for your salad dressing."
