"Hi, I'm Pam on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to talk about eating healthy and physical activity in four and five year olds. Like we said before, every little bit counts. You want to cut back sitting for more than thirty minutes at a time. Now, you can get kids involved in everyday things like walking to the mailbox, they'll love that. Or, you would be surprised how many kids love to clean. Give them a vacuum or a broom and they'll go to town, or give them some glass cleaner and a rag and tell them to try to reach the top of the glass door. They'll have fun doing that. If you like to walk the dog, take your kids with you. It's great to have a dane party. Cut on some music and go crazy, kids will love it. This is a great time to explore sports with kids. If you have a certain one that you like to play, have them play it with you. Like we said before, basketball is a great sport. Some kids like football, some like soccer, it really doesn't matter what they're doing as long as they are doing something. Plan an active birthday. Everybody's got them once a year, make it outside at the local park, or go to a roller skating rink, or if you're really brave, you can take them to an ice skating rink. The main focus is that it really doesn't matter what you're doing as long as you're up and active. "
