"I'm going to talk a little bit about right now about a few tips that I have learned for Fibromyalgia over the years that I've had that. I remember days, where I would get up and would be unable to even walk a half a mile. So, I'm going to talk to you a little bit about some things that have been helpful for me as far as exercise. I found that, starting out with a little bit at a time is most helpful. Even five minutes at a time. Five to ten minutes in the morning. Five to ten minutes in the afternoon. And, then maybe five to ten minutes in the evening before I went to bed. That is always very helpful. Walking is great. But, sometimes I know that when you have Fibromyalgia that it's even harder to get up and get going. But, if you get past the first little bit and begin that deep breath. It will allow the body to bring the energy back in, using those deep breaths that I showed in some of the demonstrations. Especially, the belly breath. If you will breathe ten long deep breaths in the morning, ten long full deep belly breaths in the afternoon and then again in the evening this helps keep that energy going. Stay well hydrated. If you're working with any types of weights or want to, you know that your joints hurt a lot. So, stay with lightweights or no weights at all. That's why Yoga is so good for you. It helps with strengthening and toning."
