"I'm going to demonstrate the Cat-Dog Pose. Great for your back. For alignment of the back and also for energy. Place your hands right underneath the shoulders. If you have a lot of problems with the forearm and the wrist, especially if it hurts through here with your fibromyalgia you can always go down to your elbows and do the same thing. So, we'll want to take the knees hip width apart. You're going to inhale with that breath. Open the ribs, but keep the abs in on this one. Inhale and look slightly up and then exhale. Start tucking from the abdominals. Draw the chin into the chest and pretend your back is touching the ceiling. Then, you inhale again. Look forward, keep your shoulders relaxed and your weight over your hands. Scoop the abs in and tuck your chin. Keep your face relaxed. You're going to take a deep, deep, deep inhale as slow as you can. And, then you're going to exhale and round and tuck in the chin feeling that upper back towards the ceiling. Now, you'll want to try to do a couple of these in the beginning. But, I love to do these. Because, it's great for your back and great for energy. So, if you need to do it on your elbows you can still do the same thing. It will just be a little bit shorter range of motion."
