"I'm going to demonstrate the Modified Bridge Pose. There's one way of doing it on your hands. But, if you have fibromyalgia it's best to do the modified one. And, it helps to keep the wrists from hurting. So, we're going to roll down onto your back. Take your feet about hip width apart. And, make sure your toes and your heels are fully on the floor. You'll keep your chin slightly away from the chest. And, as you inhale you're going to lift the hips up. Push through the feet. Make sure the toes are on the floor and then roll your spine down like a chain or like a string of pearls. Keep this really slow. It's great for your back. It's also very good for your posture. It puts energy back into the body. And, then roll it down nice and slow with your exhale. So, if I was inhaling I would keep my abdominals in and I would open my ribs. And, then I would exhale, exhale, exhale, exhale all the way. All the air out. Let's do that again. Make sure your toes are on the floor, heels are on the floor. Chin is slightly away from the chest. Face relaxed. And, roll that down. You'll want to keep your knees right over your ankles. Do as many as you can. First, start out of course with just a few. And, work on your breathe. Which is the most important part. Because, of how it brings energy back into the body. Then, once you get a little bit better at it try to do anywhere from six to eight to ten of these. And, do them nice and slow. It's a great one to do in the evening before you go to bed. So, let's do one more. You're going to make sure your feet are on the floor. Knees are right over those ankles. Exhale, scoop your abs in and down all the way."
