"In this clip we are going to talk about osteoporosis. Osteoporosis occurs when your bones become depleted of the minerals that they are rich in. Actually your bones are reserved for minerals that your body actually needs throughout its life so one of the reasons that we develop osteoporosis is when we are not getting enough minerals into our system to balance our PH and give our nerves and our muscles energy that they need. One thing that you can do to prevent osteoporosis or to prevent the deterioration of your bones is to focus on keeping your PH nice and healthy in your blood stream and this is going to leave the minerals where they belong in your bones so you can actually balance your PH by eating more greens, more nuts and seeds and more plant foods all around and by leaving out sugars, caffeine, carbonated beverages, etc. Another really important thing that you can do is to fortify your diet with a supplement, a mineral supplement, such as this multi-mineral supplement here with all the different minerals that you need including your Vitamin D3 to help you absorb your nutrients.
