"This clip is about surgery and how to recover faster using nutrition post surgically. So if you have recently had surgery what you really want to do is focus on healing your tissue and the way that you do that is fortify your nutrition and you can do that probably the most important nutrient that you fortify is your protein. So eating eggs for breakfast, chicken or fish for lunch and again chicken or fish are another healthy protein at dinner is great, using nuts in your diet and if you aren't getting enough from those sources then adding a healthy protein powder such as this one which is an organic whey protein powder and you really want to look for a whey protein powder because that is the most complete protein that you can get. Other micro-nutrients that are incredibly important are zinc, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Selinium and I actually have a great Zinc supplement that I recommend here post surgically too."
