"In this clip we are going to talk about detoxifying heavy metals and mercury. If you think you might have mercury or heavy metal exposure you definitely want to get tested and find out what heavy metals that you actually have in your tissue. As far as nutrition and how to reverse this condition you certainly can make a lot of headway with nutrition before having to move to chelation and some people never have to move to chelation therapy so some of the things that you really want to stress in your diet is to: 1) improve your intestinal system because this is how we eliminate all of our toxins so looking at improving your digestion through eating healthy foods, eliminating gluten, is great and then also looking at a product like geagrovive and perhaps some probiotics which are going to help to promote better bowel movements and altogether reduce inflammation. Other things that you are going to want to do are to increase your green foods. A couple of green foods in particular that are excellent are cilantro and chlorella and they can be found in several green supplements as well as bars on the market."
