"So now we're going to do a stretch that's going to stretch both our abdominal wall and also our lower back. It's called the cow cat stretch and how we do this, on your hands and knees, flat back to start out with. Make sure you're positioned in a way where you have good balance and so what you're going to do is you're just going to do the cow stretch first. Which is basically arching your back, well concave back, head up, butt out and really stretch. And then the cat stretch is the opposite. Make sure you're breathing and make sure you tuck in your tush in when you're doing cat stretch. You'll feel this stretch really in your abdomen and you'll also feel it in your lower back. And the more flexible we are the less prone to injury there is."
