"So the next exercise for a stronger back is called the superman or superwoman whatever you want to call it. Super man is simply rising up both your legs and your arms and holding it and really this exercise gets your back strong. So you want to do these, we want to do ten of these and we're going to hold it a couple seconds and release it. And then do the exercise one more time holding it a few seconds and releasing. So I'll demonstrate how this exercise looks. My arms are in front of me strong legs behind me and I'm going to really engage my core while I'm lifting my legs and my arms. So really squeeze the buttocks when you're doing this it'll help you to keep everything lifted for a few seconds. Superman is a great workout for your lower back and also just strengthening your core in general. So we want to do ten sets, holding it for about three to five seconds on top and then releasing."
