"Today we're focusing on reducing lower back pain. You really don't need anything. You can do this at home. It's so simple. All you need is yourself, a good attitude. Make sure you in the right spirits when you're doing exercises. Make sure you prepare your mind to know what you're doing so your body will follow. Also, you need a good amount of space. You need to be in a place where you have enough space to lay down and stretch out to perform the exercises. As you're looking at your space, you want to make sure that there's nothing sharp around or nothing that can damage you or do you any harm on the floor next to the area in which you're going to be exercising. Also, a good mat is needed. This is optional. If you have space where you have a carpet or something on the ground that's comfortable, that's fine. You can do that. If you do experience lower back pain from here and there, it's good to have a mat that's sort of thick. This mat is a good thickness, so it provides lots of cushion for you. With that, we are going to focus on exercises that help reduce lower back pain."
