"Today we're talking about lower back pain and how to reduce lower back pain. So many adults suffer from lower back pain. If you don't have a major back issue then this exercise will be perfect for you but if you do at any time you're doing any of the exercises be sure to just listen to your body and don't do anything that hurts your back. A lot of times lower back pain is caused because we're not flexible or because we have weak muscles. So the way to really reduce it is to strengthen our muscles and not just the back muscles. A lot of times the muscles in our legs also help us carry the weight that our back takes and also weak abs can cause a lower back pain. So to strengthen the abs that's a great way to really reduce lower backs so that your core can become stronger as a whole and more together. Also when your legs are strong that takes a lot of the weight and pressure off your back as well. Today we're going to focus on exercises that really target the lower back. And it's going to stretch the lower back and we're also going to strengthen it. So stay tuned and let's get that lower back stronger."
