"Okay, so now we're going to practice I'm going to demonstrate lunging uphill. So lunging is absolutely great anyway, but when you add a hill to it, you burn more calories and also you're working harder and those muscles are really going to react. So I'm going to show you, demonstrate lunging uphill. You always want to start with your feet a good hip width apart and you just want to stretch out one leg and lunge it down and then bring it back. Make sure you keep your balance even with the gravel, do whatever you need to do. And that's just a quick demonstration of how you lunge uphill. You can add this in your hike anywhere."
