"Hi I'm Lauren and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and I'm here to show you proper hand washing techniques. So first step to washing your hands is to have a towel, paper towels, a sink and antibacterial soap. First things first so you inter your sink, turn your faucet on. Make sure it is warm not to scolding hot and good water pressure. Completely wet your hands all the way up to your wrist pull your sleeves. Warm water, hot water kills bacteria better then cold water as you see when you start to soap up cold water does not really give you a lather. "
