"I'm about to pop our nut snack mix/granola situation, whatever the name of it is, into the oven. The reason I'm doing that is - when you put nuts in the oven, just for five minutes, it really brings out the flavor of the nuts so much. It's called roasting them. I've lowered my oven to 350 degrees. Real quickly I want to sprinkle a little sea salt on there. Again, just to combat, we have the sweetness of the cashews, they're pretty sweet and not salted. And that honey, the salt will just really balance that flavor out. Plus, we all kind of like that sweet/salty thing when we're munching. Just sprinkle a little sea salt on there. So I'm going to put this in the oven, again at 350 degrees. I'm only going to put it in there for about 5 or 6 minutes, that's it. I have burned so many batches of nuts when I was trying to roast them, so I have learned to err on the side of caution. I'll only leave them in there about 5 or 6 minutes. When they come out we will let them cool so that honey can solidify again so it won't be liquidy anymore and you can really pick up pieces of this; into the oven, 5 or 6 minutes."
