"I know this isn't granola, it looks like yams, because these are yams. I promise I'm not forgetting about the granola. I promise I'm going to start that in just a second. I just took a quick peek at my yams in the oven and I saw that they were getting nice and crispy on that side. You can see they're getting a little brown on the edges. I just want to flip them, actually. I wanted to get these nice and evenly crisp. I'm just going to flip them and brush a little bit more butter and a little bit more sea salt. I'm going to cheat and taste this little one. Mmm. It's crispy already, that little one, because it's smaller and thinner. It already "crisped" up. "Crisped" up? Is that in the dictionary somewhere? I don't know. Anyway, we are just flipping everything. I think I got them all, these little ones over here. Let's just brush a little bit more butter, because, when is that ever a bad thing? Where I'm from, butter and sugar make everything better, and you can't have too much of either one of them, either. So, just a quick brush. We did brush the other side, so it doesn't have to be coated, real thorough. Just a quick brush on these. That's good. They're so yummy, that sea salt is so good. Oooh, I'm going to cheat again. Mmm! Okay, a little more sea salt like before, not a lot because I was pretty generous earlier, just a dab. Perfect. Back in the oven. These were actually in there for about 7 minutes before I took them out. Pop them back in, probably about another 6 or 7 minutes, and then they'll be ready, they'll be perfect. So let's get these back to the oven, and then back to the granola, I promise."
