In this segment we are going to be talking about supplement dosing. Please fell free to visit my website at www.healthwisewithlsajones.com. When dosing of supplements you must pay particular attention to the label again and look on the back. For example, we are looking at the protein drink and back of it says supplement facts serving size two scoops. There’s about 160 calories in here. There are about 12 servings per container. You want to make sure that you are following what the recommended serving is. So for example it says two scoops; you want to make sure you are taking the two scoops because if you go over that what can happen is this can cause weight gain because it does have a lot of calories in it. You want to pay close attention to calories, your fat calories if there are any in the product like this, there will be fat calories. Also in your Omega 3 complex there are also fat calories, calories from fat around 10. You want to make sure that it only tells you to take one soft gel. You can take them up to three times daily with meals. Just want to make sure that you are not going too overboard on the amount that you are taking. So pay particular attention to the amounts that they prescribed and you may want to cut that in half again.
