"O.k., let's talk about it. In a perfect world, you know you want your child to be absolutely the most perfect child ever. Well, their immune system and your breast milk have a lot to do with it. So basically, before they even have come out of the womb, you need to know that your breast milk is actually going to help with their immune system. It's going to help with their food allergies. It's going to help protect them from colds and sickness and actually help them in their health, not only in their later years, but actually when you have them as a child growing up in your house. You want to make sure they're the best that they can be and doing that, and feeding them the breast milk actually helps with their immune system, helps with their digestion, so they can have the milk, the eggs, the wheat, the peanuts, whatever these things are called..these beans (let me throw it on the ground), and all the other things that they could possibly be allergic to. Breast milk is best and if they happen to have any food allergies, you may want to stay clear of the soy milks and the soy milk formulas, I should say. Soy is actually a huge allergen and a lot of children can be very allergic to that. So you want to make sure you have some other milk-based product for them, if you are unable to give them breast milk. Obviously, breast is best, then milk is a good second. You can always get nice and nutrients to your child through nutritious meals."
